N'Zuri Za Austin
Writer. Director. Producer.
N’Zuri Za Austin is an innovative filmmaker, whose film journey began in 2014. Austin was born in Little Rock, Arkansas; however, at an early age her childhood was split between Arkansas with her mother and Newark, NJ with her father.
She first attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she majored in Business. She later changed her degree to Mass Communication with an emphasis in Journalism. After being introduced to the world of film by her former professor, Kyle Trevor and mentor Skyy Banks, Austin soon realized that the true beauty of words were in the motion they created, and so set out to write life.
N’Zuri is the 2016 ABFF screenplay winner for her anthology script, Tale of a Script, which was optioned by TV One. She continues to create character-driven narrative films about life, about love, and about truth in the black community.
Nakesha Powell
Creator. Producer.
Nakesha Powell is a native of Arkansas and a staunch advocate for HIV/AIDS awareness for women and girls. Powell spends both her days and nights ensuring the manifestation of her personal belief that “everyone deserves access to quality healthcare without regard to income or race.”
She is the founder of HER Initiative, a non-profit which serves as a conduit of resources and health information for black women and girls.
She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family. On any given day, Nakesha is sure to be somewhere impacting lives through mentoring and other civic engagement. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Alexander Belice is a professional cinematographer for personal, social media and commercial needs. His Visual Media Production company serves in the interest of assisting clients from small businesses to large corporations in creating realities from ideas.

Rolando is the owner of RH Media, a production company that offers commercial video production services. He specializes in producing the highest quality videography for promotional and marketing purposes, product exposure and special event coverage. RH Media serves businesses of all sizes that need increased media content that include storytelling videos, training videos, aerial and much more.
